Early teardown is strongly discouraged and may result in a $1,000 fine to any company who disregards the posted teardown time.

Please Note: If you contract for an advertisement but do not submit your ad artwork by the due date, your company name (or logo, if provided) and booth number will be listed in its place.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Personnel Registration Process
While exhibitor registration is complimentary, we ask that all exhibit and sponsor personnel must register to receive the appropriate badge.
Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: Date TBD
Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before exhibit/sponsor personnel can register.
Personnel Registration Process: Sponsor and exhibitor personnel registration is not available on the Expo website. Sponsor and exhibitor participants can register in their company portal. The link to the company portal will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract prior to the conference date. Each person who will be attending the Expo must register in advance.
Lead RetrievalseventPower's Lead Retrievals are available for rent. Scanned data will include all contact information the attendee provides during registration including email addresses.
Cost to Rent Lead Retrieval
First Unit: $95
Additional Units: $75
Reservations for a Lead Retrieval may be made in your exhibitor portal once you are contracted to participate as an exhibitor.
